01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jiji8 ("jiji8," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jiji8.net and through the jiji8 mobile application.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any feature of the jiji8 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the jiji8 platform, including registered players, visitors, and any person who accesses the platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

02Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the jiji8 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming;
• You are physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is lawful at the time of placing any wager;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any third party;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jiji8, nor an immediate family member of any such person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the jiji8 platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.

By registering on jiji8, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. jiji8 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if we have reasonable grounds to believe that any eligibility requirement has not been met or is no longer being met.

03Account Registration

To access the full features of the jiji8 platform, you must register for an account. The following terms apply to your account:

• One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on jiji8. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jiji8 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Identity Verification (KYC): jiji8 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. This may include submission of a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account Currency: All accounts on jiji8 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

jiji8 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jiji8 platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jiji8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the platform from time to time. Accepted methods may change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your jiji8 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be reflected in your account balance.
• Withdrawal Requests: Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published on the platform. jiji8 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Same-Method Policy: Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the limits and availability of that method.
• Fees: jiji8 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which jiji8 accepts no responsibility.
• Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that belong to you. The use of funds derived from illegal activity is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

jiji8 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or reverse any transaction where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.

05Bonuses & Promotions

jiji8 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. jiji8 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Expiry: Bonuses and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from your account without notice.
• Abuse: jiji8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused or attempted to abuse any promotional offer.
• Modification: jiji8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

06Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jiji8 platform — including but not limited to Rummy, Wheel, Jackpot Fishing, Ways of the Qilin, Politics, and all titles in the Lobby — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface.

jiji8 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all game outcomes are fair, random, and independent of previous results. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information panels.

• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on jiji8's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed conclusive.
• jiji8 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, including wagers placed at incorrect odds or on markets that were opened in error.
• Any malfunction of the gaming software voids all pays and plays. jiji8 will not be liable for any loss arising from a software or hardware malfunction.
• Wagers placed using funds obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiji8 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud or payment fraud;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your account;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward jiji8 staff or other players.

08Responsible Gaming

jiji8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. We encourage all players to treat gaming as a form of entertainment and to wager only what they can afford to lose.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered jiji8 players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your account;
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications when you have been playing for a specified duration;
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jiji8 platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

09Intellectual Property

All content on the jiji8 platform — including but not limited to the jiji8 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the exclusive property of jiji8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jiji8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the jiji8 platform without prior written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jiji8 content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the jiji8 platform;
• Use any jiji8 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of jiji8's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jiji8.

10Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jiji8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jiji8 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or revenue;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control;
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials;
• Any error, omission, or inaccuracy in game results caused by software malfunction.

jiji8's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jiji8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy & Data

jiji8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jiji8 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiji8 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jiji8 cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

jiji8 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties except as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law, including disclosures to PAGCOR or other regulatory authorities in connection with our compliance obligations.

12Termination

jiji8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement;
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification;
• At our sole discretion, for any other reason we deem appropriate to protect the integrity of the platform or the interests of other players.

Upon termination for cause, jiji8 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or illegal activity is established, any real-money balance in your account. Where termination is not for cause, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may close your account at any time by contacting jiji8 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

13Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jiji8 operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming in the Philippines. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the jiji8 platform complies with the laws of their own jurisdiction.

14Amendments

jiji8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the jiji8 platform and, where practicable, by sending a notification to the email address associated with your account.

The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice, which will be no less than seven (7) days after the notice is posted, except where changes are required by law or regulation, in which case they may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the jiji8 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
